Heuvelland MTB ride
A 100 km signposted route with elevation changes that will attract many mountain bikers.

Via Sacra 14-18
Over 1,000 km of hiking
This route follows the Western front from the Belgian coast to the Swiss border.
An extraordinary challenge to discover many places of remembrance, including the Christmas Truce of 1914 in Ploegsteert.
14-18 Remembrance trees
A surprising materialisation of the Ypres Salient.
Surrounded by a metal structure of a different colour, rows of trees mark the German and Allied trench lines respectively.
Information panels commemorate the often tragic events associated with their location.
Via Yprensis
A brand new route from Flanders to France along the Way of St James.
70 km have been added to the route in Belgium. From Nieuwpoort to Menin via Comines-Warneton, this new route passes numerous historical, cultural and religious sites before joining the Via Brugensis and … Santiago de Compostela.
Blue Square
A 90 km circuit connecting the Lille-Kortrijk-Tournai Eurométropole exclusively along waterways: Deûle, Lys and Scheldt rivers and their canals from Roubaix, Espierres and Kortrijk to Bossuyt.
A wonderful opportunity to explore a cross-border region and admire Warneton’s Cathedral of the Lys standing majestically on the backdrop of the blue sky.

A 58 km ride to discover all the charm of the banks of the Lys and a welcoming region.

Voie verte de la Deûle
A pleasant route along the banks of two rivers, between Lille and the Belgian border.
The ‘Green Corridor’ linking the north of Lille to Deûlémont offers 17 km of easy ride along the towpath of the Basse-Deûle.
Once there, you can cross the nearby Belgian border over the Lys and continue your trip to Comines, Menin or even Kortrijk.
