Plugstreet 14-18 experience
Guided tour of the Interpretation Centre
The Centre offers a very instructive interactive scenography.
With adapted texts, touch screens and a selection of often unpublished iconographic documents.
Film, videos and animated maps to capture the students’ attention.
Additional activities (optional)
• Discover objects from the ‘Talking Trunk’ through mysterious drawings and clues.
• Treasure hunt through the woods ‘A Walk around Plugstreet’: search for markers and discover various sites from 1914-18 and places where John, Victor’s young soldier friend, lived.
• Visit the British Memorial and pay tribute to the soldiers who fell in 1914-18.
• Afternoon snack: as frugal as that of the soldiers in 1914-18.
